Create Unauthorized Copies: Redistribute, resell, or create derivative versions of Trucofax
Interfere with Service: Disrupt, overburden, or impair the functionality of Trucofax

4.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in:

Immediate termination of access to Trucofax
Legal action and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law

5. Intellectual Property Rights

These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between you and Trucofax. The limitations will apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
